Sugan Niwas Hotel is a colonial palace built in the early nineteen forties by Late Thakur Bhagirath Singhji of Khatipura. His son Takur Arun Singh, the present owner converted it into a Heritage Boutique Hotel. Thakur Arun Singh belongs to the Tomar clan of Rajputs who ruled over Delhi and Gwalior.
